Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranty

The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product for 12 months from date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier) or other acts of nature.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any unauthorised tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorised by Phos Home Collective to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product. Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty.

This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product. Phos Home Collective will, at its sole option, provide one of the following two remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty: 

  1. Elect to repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the necessary parts and labour to complete the repair and restore this product to its proper operating condition. Phos Home Collective will however not pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product once the repair is complete. 
  2. Replace this product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by Phos Home Collective to perform substantially the same function as the original product. 


All shipping, handling and return postage costs relating to any warranty claim is at the customer's expense. To obtain a remedy under this limited warranty, you must contact us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
